On February 27, 2012, Director Yao Lin of the Investment Promotion Bureau of the Airport New City Management Committee of Xixian New Area, Shaanxi Province, and Liu Yanong, the division commander of a certain unit of the Lanzhou Military Region, made a special trip to our company for inspection.

The guests carefully inspected the company's light source and fiber optic sensor R&D, experiment, and production departments, as well as the light source and fiber optic sensor products being produced. Then they exchanged ideas in the conference room. General Manager Chen Huilong introduced the company's technology development and the industrialization process of fiber optic methane gas sensors to the guests; the company's strategic partner Shenzhen Zheyang Technology Co., Ltd. General Manager Xu Yaming and Guangdong Southern Electric Power Science Research Institute Vice President Wang Haiqiang respectively introduced the application of fiber optic sensing technology in the energy production industry safety monitoring system and smart grid digital substation, as well as the cooperation between companies.

Director Yao Lin pointed out that the northwest is my country's energy base (coal, oil and natural gas, various mineral deposits). Xi'an is located in the center of my country's northwest region, with complete cultural and industrial supporting facilities. Xixian New Area is the fourth national-level new area after Shanghai Pudong, Tianjin Binhai, and Chongqing Liangjiang. Since the State Council Information Office released the "Xixian New Area Plan" in Beijing on June 13, 2011, the construction of Xixian New Area has kicked off. Xixian New Area & Airport New City has a superior geographical location, convenient transportation, and good human resources conditions. At present, the New Area Management Committee is actively introducing talents and projects, vigorously developing national strategic emerging industries, and has a bright future.

Director Yao Lin also further introduced the development ideas and implementation of Xixian New Area, and warmly welcomed everyone to develop in the west.
