The DFB laser module is a continuous light output, high output optical power, narrow linewidth distributed feedback (DFB) semiconductor laser photoelectric module developed for the wavelength division multiplexing communication system. The wavelength range meets the ITU recommended standards, the output optical side mode rejection ratio is high, and the relative intensity noise is low. The module has built-in high-precision temperature control circuit and automatic power APC drive circuit, which makes the module have high wavelength stability and power stability. Built-in over-current/over-voltage protection and other perfect safe use design, strict process control and test process make the product can be reliably used in optical fiber communication systems for a long time.
